Laura Small is your guide for this series. Join her and a group of fellow beginning yoga students as we learn more about this centuries-old practice. Together we will move, talk, and laugh as we learn, all in a welcoming atmosphere of exploration and community coming together toward a shared goal; that of greater self-care and well-being.
