Are you looking for another means of movement? One that not only is beneficial to your body, but also enhances your self-image and speaks to your heart and mind, more than a treadmill, stair stepper or a regular fitness class? Yoga may be your answer! This beginner series will provide you with a strong foundation upon which to build a rewarding and enriching yoga practice!
Brian Yuen (ERYT-500) is your guide for this series. Join him and a group of fellow beginning yoga students as we learn more about this centuries-old practice. Together we will move, talk, and laugh as we learn, all in a welcoming atmosphere of exploration and community coming together toward a shared goal; that of greater self-care and well-being.
