Leslie Salmon will guide the 2-hour practice, as she move alongside participants. Attendees are advised to have some yoga experience.
As an added bonus, we’ll share a snack after the practice. Bring something you enjoy snacking on after yoga (enough for you and some to share) – fruit, juice, tea, coffee, crackers, cheese, cookies, CHOCOLATE, etc. – and we’ll spend a little time getting to know one another a bit better.
