iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry, which is currently being utilized in VA hospitals, military bases, hospitals and clinics, hospice, homeless shelters, community programs, and schools. iRest programs are typically taught as a guided meditation.

About Leslie Boyd, RYT, MS

Leslie has a somatic practice where she sees clients privately. She is currently in the third year of Somatic Experiencing training and is a Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher. The practices of somatics and meditation have been life-changing for her; she considers sharing these practices with others to be her dharma (purpose in life).
