Kundalini Yoga is a powerful yogic tradition that teaches you how to become more aware of and live from your authentic self. This tradition is thousands of years old and combines asana (postures) with pranayama (breath) and mantra (sacred sound). Tim has benn practicing Kundalini yoga since 2013. The teachers that have most influenced his practice of yoga are Yogi Bhajan, Guru Singh, Danny White, and Saul David Raye. He finds it a great joy and honor to share this ancient technology with the community.
