The aim of this workshop is to provide yogic techniques which help us to unwind and release tension and stress in the body, providing a natural ease and flow into our lives.
This 2 hour workshop will be like a mini-retreat as we step out of our daily routines and release the control and struggle in our body and mind via:
- Yin Yoga Poses
- Pranayama/Breathing
- Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
- Reiki Energy Healing and
- Gentle Massage
