This class includes poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to balance the body and stay grounded. Yoga and Ayurveda encompass an understanding of how the body works. It is a holistic approach to life based on the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space) which are present in us and around us. The purpose of Ayurvedic Yoga is to keep us balanced and sustain health and vitality.\’
