Yoga Fundamentals Workshop

Start the New Year off right with this Yoga Fundamentals Workshop with Sage Yoga Instructor, Kim Arballo.
In this two hour workshop we will take a deep dive into fundamental yoga poses such as Down Dog, Forward Folds and the Warrior family of poses. In addition, we will spend time building an understanding of proper yoga breathing techniques and how to coordinate breath with movement. We will also spend time breaking down the components of the Sun Salutation, a sequence found in most flow based yoga classes. Whether you are new to yoga, and interested in getting off to a good start, or a more seasoned yoga practitioner, interested in deepening your understanding of the fundamental actions of the common poses found in many yoga classes, then this workshop is for you!
Taught by Kim Arballo, 200 RYT, instructor of the Fundamental classes at Sage, Kim possess a strong anatomy background stemming from her previous career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as from Continuing Education workshops. As a credentialed classroom teacher, Kim provides an engaging classroom environment in which to learn.
