Join Leslie Salmon (E-RYT 500, Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor) and Brian Yuen (E-RYT 500) as they share their combined 29 years of yoga experience with you!
Together, Leslie and Brian will incorporate prop use to guide your body – strengthening muscles, aiding flexibility, attaining movement and actions difficult to access otherwise. The body’s memory of these actions will allow the fullest expression of each asana. No matter how well you can ‘do’ a pose, there is always room to refine, to get more joy from that pose, to learn. Leslie and Brian have planned ways for you to take advantage of the props commonly used at yoga studios – blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters as well as chairs.
This practice is designed for students of all levels.
