Sage Yoga Studios has combined Yoga with the Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) element to teach you to breathe, move and be present not only on the water but in your everyday life. This unique yoga class will help you build on your overall strength, stability and flexibility. Combining breath with movement on a floating platform, you’re sure to find moments of fun, laughter and focus. Classes are being held at the Fallbrook High School Pool.
We use which are designed and shaped specifically for water and pool yoga & fitness. This unique board provides the Aquatic Base that intensifies these movements, creating focus on core muscle groups and improving balance and coordination. While BOGAFIT provides challenges to even the most fit individuals, our yoga classes are designed for universal scalability, making them perfect for all levels, regardless of experience. Since FITMAT provides a dynamic base, the harder you work, the more difficult and intense the class becomes.
Our Floating Yoga (SUP) Classes are designed for all levels. We will start off slow and work our way into a class that will lift your heart. Whether you have no prior yoga or SUP experience or you’re a serious practitioner, we will offer modifications to make sure everyone has a great experience.
