Why should I MELT?

Sage Yoga Studio offers the soft balls and rollers for sale or rent beginning August 4, 2015. Sage also has Sue Hitzmann’s (The MELT Method creator) new Hand and Foot DVD as well as the Roller DVD available for purchase.
Classes are held Tuesdays at 10:30 am and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. Each class will be a combination of MELT Hand and/or Foot Treatment and MELT Length with the roller.
