An opportunity to learn and/or refresh your yoga practice. This class provides both beginning & seasoned practitioners a place to focus on common postures and transitions that lay the foundation for Hatha yoga. Focus will be on alignment & include strength building exercises to prepare the muscles for the intensity of the major yoga poses included in a flow class. Expect clear instruction and individual assistance in a light and playful environment. No need to be able to touch your toes… all you need is an open mind & heart. This class will prepare you to move into level 1-2 classes.
