Beth’s yoga journey began in 2009 when she took her first class at her local gym. She soon began practicing on a daily basis as she fell in love with not only the asana practice, but the beautiful connection between the mind, body and breath that the teachings of yoga provide. Beth had long dreamed of becoming a yoga instructor. She was able to fulfill that dream at Sage Yoga Studios when she completed her RYT-200 hour Teacher Training in the summer of 2016. Beth teaches Hot Yoga as well as Vinyasa Flow classes in a heated and non-heated environment. Beth’s main goal is to encourage her students to practice yoga on a regular basis not only to further their asana practice, but also to experience the connection between the mind, body and breath through grace, love and compassion. Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and Protection and worked in the environmental industry for almost 10 years until the birth of her children when she became a full-time mom. When Beth isn’t practicing yoga, you can find her running around with her two young children, husband and german shepherd.
