Christina began practicing yoga with her mother at a very young age. She grew up Agua Dulce, CA with two very active parents whose focus was to lead a healthy lifestyle. As an adult, she took her first official yoga class at the local YMCA. Since then she has done her best not to miss a day of her personal yoga practice. Christina and her boyfriend (now husband), Brian, moved to Fallbrook in 2014. Shortly after they attended a couple’s workshop at Sage Yoga Studios. She immediately realized that Sage was the place for her to find personal healing and enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training program. She has been teaching professionally for one year and takes every opportunity to participate in yoga events and workshops in order to continue to learn and grow.
Yoga is LIFE: Yoga makes me happy. It takes away all the aches and pains of life both mentally and physically. Yoga is my way of helping people heal so that may be at the highest potential and live a happy, healthy life.
