Elisha was drawn to yoga after having children as a means to achieve greater strength and flexibility, increase range of motion, and balance the roles of wife, mom, and professional in a busy world. She never looked back, and has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. Practicing an Ashtanga-style yoga, she learned so many important lessons on the mat that she could use off the mat.
After her move to Fallbrook in August of 2015, she was able to further her practice by learning other styles of yoga, and to finish her RYT200 at Sage, her new “OM away from OM”. What a blessing yoga and this yoga family has been to her life! In her teaching and subbing opportunities, she hopes to share that practicing mindfulness, stillness, effort, and letting go (which you learn on the mat) can open up new possibilities for everyone (pff the mat)!
