Lee had been suffering from back pain for over 10 years. Enjoying an active lifestyle of hiking, running, and biking was slowly becoming out of reach. Trying physical therapy, chiropractic treatment, and spending thousands of dollars on many different beds would not provide more than 3 hours of sleep a night. Yoga has made such a positive impact that Lee attended 200-hr training within months of trying his first class. Being a veteran inspired Lee to also attend the Connected Warriors trauma conscious training with a focus on Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). He now hopes to share his experience and help others find what yoga can do for them.
