Sandra was born and educated in the UK and has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Following a strong foundation leading Dance, Stretch & Calisthenic classes, she travelled extensively with her business, teaching Aqua & Land Aerobics in Kenya, Africa; Dance & Fitness Instruction in New York and Fitness Center Management in Dubai, UAE. Arriving in San Diego in 1989, Sandra developed a Massage Therapy & Personal Training business, The Fitness Source, and was co-founder of the Fitness Trainers Association. She evolved into a lower impact exercise regime due to injuries received whilst training and competing in triathlons. Yoga was a natural fit and Sandra has now been practicing yoga for over 16 years and teaching since 2003. She offers personal training and teaches group classes at Sage, Club Paradise, Fallbrook Public Library and Silvergate Retirement Residence. Sandra has made a commitment to learn and share the benefits of being strong, flexible and energetic and find creative ways to make exercise fun and fruitful for all ages and abilities. She is registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200 & RYT 500) and specializes in Vinyasa Flow style yoga and Chair-Yoga. Sandra is also the creator and owner of Fallbrook Wellness Directory, a Healthy On-Line Living Guide; a Chamber Ambassador and an Advisory Board member for the Fallbrook Regional Health District.
