I love being a member of the Sage Yoga community. There is such a wide variety of classes offered, with new ones constantly being added. There is something for everyone here. I have learned so much and have become stronger. All of the teachers strive to help you make the best of each class. I have also made some new friends along the way. I’m pleased there are two locations where we can practice and even attend evening classes. Thank you Sage for making me feel comfortable and confident.
