MELT is a simple self-care technique that anyone can do. MELT is a relaxing technique to help get out of chronic pain and also to enhance balance and stability in your yoga practice and everyday living. We use soft therapy balls and soft foam rollers to stimulate the fluid flow in the fascia/connective tissue. By hydrating the fascia, MELT helps to reduce or eliminate chronic pain and stiffness. The MELT Method also stimulates movement of the lymph to decrease swelling, improve effectiveness of our lymph systems and encourage healing.
