A slow-paced, meditative practice focused on deep stretching and releasing tension in the body's connective tissues like tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, primarily on the floor, allowing you to open blockages in your body's energy flow (chi). The gentle, introspective nature of this class invites you to relax into stillness and deepen your connection to your body and breath. All levels welcome.
