Jessica began practicing yoga after her third child turned one. Initially, it was a way to get out of the house and back into shape, but her practice quickly became a saving grace through the challenges of motherhood. What started as a quest for physical strength and mental clarity evolved into a profound transformation that nourished both her body and soul. Inspired by this journey, Jessica completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training here at Sage Yoga Studios. Now, she's passionate about guiding her students through life's ups and downs with grace and strength. Beyond the yoga mat, Jessica wears many hats - wife, stay-at-home mom, and homeschooling mom to her three adventurous kiddos. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her exploring the outdoors - hiking, backpacking, or camping with her family.
