Julie started her yoga journey in 2003 at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center, where she quickly embraced the balance of body and spirit in vinyasa flow and Ashtanga yoga. Alongside yoga, she built a successful career as an Executive Recruiter along the California coast. Julie earned her RYT-200 certification in 2011 and completed her trauma-aware breathwork certification in 2025.  Julie’s passion for yoga lies in its transformative power across life’s stages. She combines breathwork and yoga for healing, and her Yoga Sculpt and weights classes are known for their vitality and holistic benefits. Julie’s goal is to offer classes that challenge the body, clear the mind, and promote deep relaxation, leaving students rejuvenated and balanced.
