After a 20-year career as a United States Marine, Lee faced over a decade of debilitating back pain that limited his passion for hiking, running, and biking. Discovering yoga proved to be a turning point, as its immediate and remarkable effects inspired him to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher training just months after his first class.
Eager to share the profound transformation yoga brought to his life, Lee is dedicated to guiding others in exploring its many benefits. Building on his military background, he also completed the Connected Warriors trauma-conscious yoga training, designed to support those navigating PTS. Lee's journey is a testament to the power of yoga to heal and restore, and he now strives to help others find strength, balance, and resilience through their practice.
