Some yoga experience suggested. 90-95° no added humidity. This class combines hot yoga with an added flair of strength training - think your familiar yoga flow class meets full body workout! Warm up with Vinyasa based flows, then integrate light weights (optional ) into total body movement to power up your muscles, increase stamina, tone and sculpt! Some longer holds and twists are incorporated to increase metabolism and detoxification then we’ll finish with a cool down and a relaxing Savasava!
