Beginner Level. This is a slower-paced class geared towards those new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. Expect clear instruction and individual assistance as the teacher spends time breaking down fundamental poses. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. This class includes strength building poses that will prepare you to move into the next level of your practice.
