Event Description: Our approach to New Year's resolutions will shift, focusing instead on establishing realistic intentions grounded in mindfulness and self-awareness. This strategy helps us to break through personal barriers, leading us towards real personal growth. We will place a special emphasis on committing to personal change and development. Through fostering a deep connection with and dedication to oneself, and by adhering to the principles of being present and practicing self-compassion, we set ourselves on a path towards truly meaningful actions and outcomes.
